Kalamata New General Hospital - (250 beds)
Inaugurated in 2002 The hospital is very modern , clean and well equipped. The land where it was built was bought with the money of the "Panmessenian federation of Greeks of USA and Canada". The hospitals still faces serious staffing problems.
