Hur laddar man upp en profilbild?

Jag hittade en text där man förklarar hur man gör. Då jag klickade på den så kom följande text:

Det borde fungera om du gör så här:
- Klicka på FAQ på den blå remsan ovanför.
- Klicka på "Funktioner i användarprofilen"
- Klicka på "Avatarer"
Under "Avatarer" kan du sedan läsa hur du gör.
